The June 12, 2023 ADRC Board meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public can either  
attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at the ADRC building, 2865 N Sherman Ave, Madison , WI 53704.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

B. Consideration of Minutes  
ADRC BOARD MINUTES  
A motion was made by YOCHUM, seconded by OLSON, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

C. Action Items  
1. Discuss and Consider Legislative Agenda Updates (if any)  
2. Public Hearing Scheduling Update  
Fischer shared that there are no dates available at the Alliant Energy Center to hold the  
public hearing.  
It was suggested to have the public hearing at the Job Center ballroom.  
3. Discuss Priority for Speakers and Topics  
Item tabled until next month.

E. Chair's Report

F. Board Member Reports  
1. Sarah Bocher - Discuss transportation concerns in regards to Medicaid providers  
and the upcoming Metro Transit redesign.  
G. Manager's Report  
1. Staffing Update  
Fischer said Kayla Olson was hired June 5 as the part-time Dementia Care Specialist.  
The ADRC is now fully staffed.  
2. ILSP Update  
Fischer received an email from the State saying they are still working with backing the  
pilot up. The launch date has been set back. June 22, 2023 there will be a Press  
release.  
3. Unwinding Update  
Fischer informed the board the ADRC has not received a lot of calls regarding questions  
with Medicaid and Medicaid renewals as initially thought.  
H. Future Meeting Items and Dates  
Next meeting: Monday, July 10, 2023 at 3:30 pm at the ADRC and via Zoom.  
Chair Peterson will attend this meeting virtually and Vice Chair Olson will attend in  
person.

A motion was made by YOCHUM, seconded by BOCHER, to adjourn. The motion
