The November 12, 2024 Labor Relations Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the

public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.

The public can attend in person at the City-County Building, Room 357, 210 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.

The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

PROCESS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT:

IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item

can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms. IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO

A. Call To Order

Meeting was called to order at 10:27am.

B. Consideration of Minutes

A motion was made by RAMIREZ, seconded by HUBBARD MOYER that the

minutes be approved. The motion carried by a voice vote 11-0.

1. View Employee Relations Previously-Recorded Presentation on the Hiring Process

A video was played of the recruitment process from the July Supervisory

training.

2. Job Postings & Getting the Word Out presentation by Linda Ramirez

Ramirez gave a presentation on where jobs are posted by the Employee

Relations Clerk IV, HR Analysts and hiring department.

F. Future Meeting Items and Dates

Future meetings will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 10:00am.

It was confirmed that the next meeting will be Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at

10am.

A motion was made by MOODY, seconded by RAMIREZ that the meeting adjourn.

The motion carried unanimously.
