approved. The motion carried by a voice vote (4-0).

Project Review Board will not be held in February and March, as the RFIS will be

open. Project Review Board will reconvene after RFI's close and hold next

meeting on April 7th, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. virtually via Zoom.

If questions come in for the Project Review Board, then a meeting may be

requested to discuss those.
