Wisconsin Elections Commission - Order Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 5.06(6)
1. Reconvening as per WEC letter dated April 30, 2026 to correct actions and decisions as outlined in
Part One, Part Two, and Part Three of the attached order as it relates to the "23" absentee ballots
counted at City of Madison and Dane County Board of Canvass for the April 7, 2026 Spring Election.
Return the results to the City of Madison Municipal Board of Canvass for the corrections as consistent
with the Part One of the attached order.

2. Consideration of appealing the WEC order dated April 30, 2026

notice is intended to inform the public that this meeting will convene in open session, may move to
closed session, and then may reconvene in open session. Wis. Stat. § 19.85(2)
E. Certification of County Canvass
The Board heard from City of Madison Clerk McComas regarding the Madison
MBOC actions including draw downs of ballots that were not marked on election
night. (see attached MBOC minutes) She also discussed changes in process for
the August election.
The Board then reviewed the updated results by ward.
Motion by WILLETT, second by ARTSEN to re-certify the April 7 2026 election
results for the state offices of
