The Winter Storm Warning stated that there will be difficult driving conditions,
6-10" of snow possible, wind gusts between 30-35 miles per hour. Because
winter weather may prevent hosting a hybrid meeting safely for the public, we
are moving to a 100 percent virtual meeting.
