amended by Board Amendment 01. "Reduce expenditures for the Bayview  
Foundation and ARP Revenue in the Human Services Department by $500,000  
and increase expenditures for Second Harvest Food Bank and ARP Revenue in  
the Department of Administration." The motion failed by the following vote:
