Chair Miles called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM.

A motion was made by POSTLER, seconded by RICHSON, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote.  
C. Actions Items  
1. Potential Motion: Direct Staff to distribute Corp Counsel ethics training and track committee member  
compliance.  
A motion was made by POSTLER to direct staff to distribute Corp Counsel ethics  
training and track committee member compliance, seconded by RICHSON, that  
the motion be approved. The motion carried unanimously.

1. Presentation on Emergency Services  
Assistant Chief Kraig Knapp presenting  
Knapp gave introduction including his background including that his knowledge  
is largely based on research done for the proposed QTS project in  
Vienna/Deforest.  
Knapp reviewed: Lithium-Ion batteries usage in data centers and fires related to  
them; challenges related to diesel generator; fire suppression within these  
facilities; Very early smoke detection apparatus (VESDA); Emergency signaling  
requires first contact after emergency event to be to emergency services  
(NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code); challenges related to size of  
facility; resources, trainings, and/or equipment needed by communities to  
handle these challenges;  
Discussion ensued with committee members asking questions of the speaker.
