The meeting was called to order by Chair Mrowiec at 1:10pm.

C. Consideration of Minutes  
A motion was made by KRONING, seconded by BUBENZER, that the be approved  
the minutes. The motion carried by a voice vote.  
OCTOBER 2024 LEPC MINUTES  
D. Action Items  
LEPC Guidelines (By-laws) Review  
A motion was made by ANDERSON, seconded by KRONING, that the  
Guidelines (By-laws) be approved for 2025. The motion carried by a voice  
vote.  
Compliance Inspector Designation Review  
A motion was made by ANDERSON, seconded by KRONING, that the  
designated compliance inspector remain Wisconsin Emergency Management  
(WEM) be approved. The motion carried by a voice vote.  
E. Reports to Committee  
Madison Fire HazMat Team Report - Mrowiec  
Chair Mrowiec reported on Hazmat response since the last meeting.  
-November 2024 - Odor at a Lab on Highland Ave, no determination on where the odor  
came from.  
-February 2025 - Anhydrous Ammonia leak at Lineage in McFarland. No Hazmat Team  
response, facility reported to DCEM, but had leak contained at time of notification.  
-Hazmat Training is being held on February 5th. Topics will be PPE and Lithium-Ion  
Batteries. Both classes are full.  
EPCRA Report - Pintarro  
Completed 2024 EPCRA closeout at the end of January. Waiting on 2025 approval.  
Off-site plan list for 2024 and 2025 were present at the meeting for those who would like  
to review.  
Starting to gather information for the 2025 facility list and plans. Last year the state sent  
out notification regarding ice rinks being planning facilities. Dane County only had three  
rinks submitting Tier II reports. Darlene has reached out to the ice rinks in the area, so  
adjustments may be made to the list of the 46 facilities for new and updated plans for  
2025.

Possible next meeting will be June 2, 2025. More information will be sent later depending  
on facility or presenter availability.

Those present completed a tour of the Madison Municipal Sewage District Facilities.
