Report on Behavioral Health Objectives - Work Groups Report Out
Work Group 1: Chapter 51, 54, & 55 Statutes Judge Peacock describes the
work group process. She has established small work groups to work on each
objective with the assistance of the Office of Justice Reform, specifically,
Shar-Ron Buie. Work Group reviews the processes especially in regards to
Chapter 51. Review and research around better practices statewide and
nationally.
Work Group 3: Medication Continuity During and After Release from
Incarceration in the Dane County Jail.
Report by Judge Ann Peacock. Judge Peacock describes outreach to subject
matter experts in the field including Well Path and the State of Wisconsin
Department of Human Services. Work i ongoing in small work groups. Learning
collectively with colleagues from other counties within the state that have
developed incremental changes.
Work Group 2: Service Inventory and System Mapping of Dane County Jail
Resources.
Work Group 4: Peer Support Integration Work Group 5: County Wide Service
Handoff of Individuals to Support Services.
911 Manager Peter Zallar discusses work of small work groups in objective 2, 4,
and 5. Ongoing work utilizing subject matter experts and local staff to
collectively learn.
Work Group 6: Triage Center Update. Chloe Moore reports that Dane County
Department of Human Services can host an update on their website. Ongoing
work with the Department of Human Services Communication Director.
