The April 9, 2026 Personnel and Finance Committee meeting will be an in person meeting.

This meeting will be a joint meeting with the Public Works and Transportation Committee.

The public can attend in person at the City-County Building, 210 MLK Jr. Blvd., Madison, WI, in room 351.

PROCESS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT:

Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item can register

in person at the meeting using paper registration forms.

In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.

1. Discussion on Coliseum Rehab Proposal

The Committee may convene in closed session for the purpose of

discussing the ongoing negotiations related to a potential contract for

the Veterans Memorial Coliseum Revitalization Project where an

open discussion of the County’s bargaining positions and strategies

would harm the public’s interest in securing the most favorable

terms. The authority for this possible closed session is Wis. Stat.

19.85(1)(e).
