The July 23, 2024 Land Information Council meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public can  
either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at City County Building, Room 357.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

B. Consideration of Minutes  
Motion by GALLAGHER and seconded by KRONING to approve the minutes. The  
motion carried by a voice vote.

2025 LIO Budget  
Mueller presented to the council the 2025 budget request. He went over the past  
budgets to provide the council with a perspective of where the LIO is at. He  
shared with the council that the document recordings count used to prepare the  
2025 budget request is considerably higher than the actual counts for the prior  
two years. He also covered some of the assumptions used to develop the budget.  
Iausly reported on some of the key projects that are included in the 2025 budget  
A motion was made by GALLAGHER, seconded by KRONING, that the 2025 LIO  
budget request be approved. The motion carried unanimously.  
Remonumentation Presentation by County Surveyor  
Everson provided a summary of the county remonumentation project.  
2025 Esri User Conference Report  
Confare, Everson and Krebs shared with the council some highlights from the  
2024 Esri User Conference that they attended.  
Land Records Modernization Plan Update  
Iausly reported that work continues on the update of the Land Records  
Modernization Plan.
