The August 17, 2023 Executive Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting.  
The public can attend in person at Indian Lake County Park: 8183 WI-19, Cross Plains, WI 53528; the main  
entrance is located on STH 19 about two miles west of US 12.  
PROCESS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT:  
IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item  
can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms.  
In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.

The County Clerk spoke in support of Res 115, saying the election software is no longer  
supported by the server. No budget effect.  
A motion was made by SMITH, seconded by VELDRAN, that the Resolution  
Requiring 2/3rds Vote be recommended for approval. The motion carried by a  
voice vote.

STATUS UPDATE ON WORKPLACE CLIMATE ASSESSMENT  
In progress. Survey being conducted until 8/23/23.

There will be no September 7 meeting. The two budget-related meetings of Executive  
Committee will be held on Oct 5th and Oct 19th. If more budget consideration is  
needed, an additional meeting on Oct 12th could be scheduled, as needed.
