The February 4th Insurance Advisory RFP Subcommittee meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of  
the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at M3, 828 John Nolen Dr., Madison WI 53713.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

C. Action Items  
Reviewed goals for the sub-committee that included: look at RFP process and  
make the County more competitive before next RFP.  
D. Presentations  
Pete Patten did an overview of the RFP process phases which are draft, live,  
evaluation and contract.  
Nathan Janke did an overview of the insurance side process regarding what  
data vendors as for to asses risk enrollment census.  
Chuck Hicklin gave a history of past bids.

A motion was made by TUESCHER, seconded by BROWER, that the meeting be  
adjourned. The motion carried by a voice vote.
