Chair Doolan called the meeting of the ZLR Committee to order at 6:30pm in  
Room 354 of the City-County Building.

A motion was made by BOLLIG, seconded by KRONING, to amend the April 22nd  
minutes as requested by RITT to indicate she was present at the start of the  
meeting despite technical difficulties. The motion carried 5-0.
