PROPOSED 2026 MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS &  
TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE

The 2026 Proposed Meeting Schedule for the PWT Committee was discussed  
and approved. Clarifications made that 2027 Budget discussions + New  
business to be held on 10/06/26 and 10/20/26.  
This discussion item was placed on file.  
G. Reports to Committee  
Todd Draper reported on change orders under $10k.  
H. Future Meeting Items and Dates  
The next Public Works & Transportation Committee Meeting will be held on  
Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. This will be an in person hybrid  
meeting that will be held at the Alliant Energy Center, 1919 Alliant Energy Center  
Way, Madison, WI in the large conference room.  
The PWT Committee Meeting that was previously scheduled for Tuesday,  
December 23rd, 2025 will be moved to Tuesday, January 6th, 2026.
