Takisha Jordan called the meeting to order at 5:38PM with a quorum present.

B. Consideration of Minutes  
09.09.2024 CCHIC MINUTES  
A motion was made by Michele Doolan and seconded by Dina Nina  
Martinez-Rutherford to approve the minutes of September, 9th, 2024. Motion  
passed by voice vote.

D. Disclosure and Recusals  
None.  
E. Presentations  
1. Updates from the HSC Lived Experience Council  
Takisha Jordan presented an overview of the Lived Experience Council (LEC)  
and gave an update on the work of the group in 2024 as well as challenges the  
LEC is facing. Members asked questions and Takisha Jordan responded.  
F. Action Items  
DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE 2025 CITY  
AND COUNTY BUDGET  
Discussion was had by committee members on the 2025 City and County  
Budgets and recommendations were made by members.  
Linda Ketcham made a motion for the chairs to work with the staff to send a  
letter to support amendments of $20,000 from City and $20,000 from County to  
support the Lived Experience Council of the Homeless Services Consortium.  
Seconded my Michele Doolan. Passed by a voice vote.  
Linda Ketcham made a recommendation for the City staff to send the City  
Finance Department slide deck to the Homeless Services Consortium listserv.  
G. Reports to Committee  
1. Staff Report  
Sarah Lim presented City of Madison updates.  
Melissa Mennig presented County updates and the 2023 eviction report to  
the committee.  
Members asked questions

A motion was made by Michele Doolan and seconded by Kathy Kamp to  
adjourn at 7:32pm. Motion passed by voice vote.
