The June 10, 2024 ADRC Board] meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public can either  
attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at 2865 N Sherman Avenue, Madison.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

A motion was made by OLSON, seconded by GIFFORD, that the Minutes be

1. Casey Thompson - Supported Employment and Day Services Gala  
Thompson mentioned that a celebratory gala will be happening on Tuesday, July 30.  
The Supported Employment Providers Coalition will be nominating three different  
employers for different categories of awards. He said once he receives more details he  
will share with the board members.  
2. Esther Olson - Aging Advocacy, Joint Meeting with AAA  
PROPOSAL  
Nichols said the State is facing a severe nursing shortage in both Registered and  
Licensed Practical Nurses.  
G. Manager's Report  
1. ILSP Update  
Fischer provided an update on the pilot program that provides $7200 to people who are  
at $300% poverty level or below. The State had extended people enrolling in it until the  
end of June. Fischer stated because of staff turnover and the amount of time it takes to  
fill the positions, we will not be able to meet 1068 people being enrolled as planned.  
2. ADRC Operations Update  
Fischer said one of the Disability Benefit Specialist was hired for the part-time  
Transportation position. The full-time Disability Benefit Position now needs to be filled.  
The Disability Benefit Specialists are very busy with high case loads. Fischer said a  
past Supervisor is coming in to assist as a part-time LTE.  
Fischer mentioned that the operations of the ADRC are as normal.  
3. Statistics  
Fischer reviewed the statistics.
