CLOSED SESSION NOTICE: The Administrative Hearings Committee may, by proper  
motion and majority vote, convene in closed session during the course of this appeal for  
one or both of the following reasons:  
1. To deliberate concerning a case which was the subject of any judicial or  
quasi-judicial trial or hearing before that governmental body, pursuant to Wisconsin  
Statutes Section 19.85(1)(a), or  
2. To confer with legal counsel for the Committee who is rendering oral or written advice  
concerning a strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is,  
or is likely to become involved, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes section 19.85(1)(g).  
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that if the Committee convenes in closed session,  
upon completion it may reconvene in open session to continue its proper business,  
schedule further meetings, or for other lawful purposes, and may do so without waiting  
12 hours, pursuant to section 19.85(2), Wisconsin Statutes.
