The October 6, 2022 Executive Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public can  
attend either in person or virtually via Zoom. This is a BUDGET meeting.  
The public can attend in person at City-County Building, Room 321, 210 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

A motion was made by VELDRAN, seconded by DOOLAN, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote (SMITH abstained).

Mark Fraire gave an overview of the changes to the Cultural Affairs Office as well as the  
work of the Cultural Affairs Office.
