The October 26, 2022 Airport Commission meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public can  
either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at the Dane County Regional Airport, 4000 International Lane, Madison,  
WI. The meeting will be held in Conference Room 1, located at the far north end of the terminal, past  
baggage claim.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone. To join the

A motion was made by McCARVILLE, seconded by THOMAS, that the resolution  
be recommended for approval. The motion carried by a voice vote.

1. Mileage and per diem for Airport Commission Members in attendance at this October  
26, 2022 hybrid meeting of the Airport Commission  
A motion was made by Commissioner ARMSTRONG, seconded by Supervisor  
PALM that the mileage and per diem be approved for the 10.26.22 meeting.  
The motion passed. (6-0)  
F. Presentations  
1. Part 150 Noise Study Update - Mike Kirchner  
Consultant Tim Middleton of HMMH Consulting, via Zoom, provided an  
update on their work for the Part 150 Noise Study and information on the  
upcoming November 14 open house. Staff member Mike Kirchner was  
present and assisted Tim with questions from the Commission.

Director Jones reported August 2021 enplanements were up 47% from 2021  
and were equal to that of 2017.
