B. Consideration of Minutes  
A motion was made by Kamp and seconded by Ketcham to approve the minutes  
of October 3, 2022. Approved with no opposition.

1. The Salvation Army new shelter development updates – Melissa Sorensen  
Melissa Sorensen, Salvation Army Executive Director of Social Services, provided  
updates on the current women and shelter operation and new shelter campus  
development plans and answered the questions from the Committee.

1. Men's Shelter Update  
Sarah Lim provided updates on the temporary men’s shelter and the permanent shelter  
development.  
2. Covid-19 Response Updates  
Kristina Dux, Melissa Mennig and Sarah Lim provided updates on COVID-19 Isolation and  
Quarantine Center, Hotel to Housing Program, and congregate shelter utilization and  
answered the committee members’ questions.

3. Dane County Eviction Report  
Melissa Mennig shared the Dane County 2020 and 2021 eviction reports for the  
County-funded capital projects and housing programs.
