The February 7, 2023 Public Protection & Judiciary Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting.

D. Future Meeting Items and Dates  
February 28, 2023 and March 7, 2023  
Chair Andrae informed the committee that on February 28, there will be a presentation on  
policies and procedures involving how property is handled during evictions.  
Supervisor Weigand asked about the possibility of including a presentation on stolen  
vehicles at a future meeting.  
Supervisor Gray asked whether a presentation on payday loan lenders could be held at a  
future meeting.  
Supervisor Pellebon advised the committee that a follow up to the commission on  
sensitive crimes issues is time sensitive.  
Chair Andrae informed the committee that the follow up to the commission on sensitive  
crime presentation will be planned for February 28, and the other items may be  
scheduled for March 7 or later.  
E. Public Comment on Items not on the Agenda  
Nicholas Watt provides public comment on behalf of JC Property Management.  
Sean Burke registered to provide public comment, but was not available.
