The Wednesday, January 25, 2023 Specialized Transportation Commission meeting will be a hybrid  
meeting. Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at the ADRC building, 2865 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

A motion was made by LYMAN, seconded by WEGLEITNER, that the Minutes be

1. RSVP Driver Services & Bus Buddy - Margie Zutter, Diana Jost, Steve Jaeschke  
Steve Jaeschke, Driver's Services Manager, talked about what has happened since the  
pandemic and compared statistics of the last two years.  
Diana Jost spoke about some of the Covid precautions and bus buddies.  
Margie Zutter shared assessment surveys and talked about the volunteer insurance  
situation.

STC 2023 Calendar DRAFT  
Brown shared the 2023 calendar with the possible dates for the STC meetings.  
E. Reports to Commission  
1. Transportation Call Center 2022 Summary  
Brown shared and explained the graph on the transportation ride trends from 2018 -  
2022.  
F. Future Meeting Items and Dates  
Future meetings to include discussion on The Capital Times article on the lack of taxis  
and any updates on changes to transportation services related to meal caterer closing.  
G. Public Comment on Items not on the Agenda  
None.  
H. Such Other Business as Allowed by Law  
Wegleitner said she co-chairs a committee that looks more broadly at families in the  
Madison Metro School District and how to support them. Currently looking into Driver's  
Ed and trying to expand access to that. She spoke on the issues of being able to obtain  
this.

A motion was made by LYMAN, seconded by BRUNES, that the meeting be  
adjourned at 6:05 pm. The motion carried by a voice vote.
