The December 14, 2022 Airport Commission meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public  
can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at the Dane County Regional Airport, 4000 International Lane, Madison,  
WI. The meeting will be held in Conference Room 1, located at the far north end of the terminal, past  
baggage claim.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone. To join the

Director Jones confirmed Commission members received the activity report  
in advance per past discussion.  
2. Update on 11.14.22 Part 150 Noise Study - Public Meeting  
Director Jones stated we had 37 people attend the meeting compared to the  
last meeting of 70 people. This meeting also had 42 informational boards on  
display.

1. Update on Terminal Expansion and Tour  
A tour of the terminal expansion will take place for Commission members,  
after the January meeting.
