A motion was made by MORAN, seconded by BROUWER, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote 4-0, YGP 1-0.

DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR THE CREATION OF  
AN AGRICULTURAL WETLAND MITIGATION BANK IN THE CHEROKEE

1. Schumacher Farm County Park, Former McKellar Property, Property Stabilization  
Report  
Parks Operation Manager Ryan (Bert) Schwab shared photos and described the process  
of demolishing the house and disconnecting the sanitary and water lines. The Parks  
operations staff completed all of the stabilization work themselves, except for the  
asbestos removal.
