The January 9, 2023 Joint Executive and Personnel & Finance Committee meeting will be a hybrid  
meeting. Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at the City County Building Room 351.

The meeting was called to order at 5:36 p.m. Palm, Smith, and Doolan attended

A motion was made by VELDRAN, seconded by SCHAUER, that the resolution be  
recommended for approval. The motion failed by the following vote:  
Ayes: 2 - Supervisor SCHAUER and Supervisor VELDRAN  
Noes: Supervisor MILES, Supervisor DOOLAN, Supervisor GRAY, Supervisor  
PALM and Supervisor SMITH  
A motion was made by GRAY, seconded by VELDRAN, that the resolution be  
recommended for denial. The motion carried by the following vote:
