IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak  
on/support/oppose an agenda item can register in person at the meeting using paper

A motion was made by UPDIKE, seconded by LEVIN, that the minutes from  
December 13th be approved. The motion carried by a voice vote 4-0

1. Work Planning for 2023.  
Committee members requested to have a presentation or update from Waste and  
Renewables on how the Dane County Landfill is addressing PFAS.  
Members also requested to receive updates on nitrites in groundwater, private well testing  
of PFAS, and testing for e. coli at public beaches from Public Health.  
Updates on LWRD's progress on investigating a stormwater fee-in-lieu program and  
stormwater ordinance implementation was also requested.

1. Next Lakes & Watershed Commission meeting is on Wednesday February 1st at 5:30  
pm in CCB Room 351.  
2. Next Lakes and Watershed Commission - Executive Committee meeting is on  
Tuesday February 7th at 5:30 pm in CCB Room 354.  
Committee members requested moving this meeting to Wednesday Feb 8th at 5:30 pm.

A motion was made by LEVIN, seconded by UPDIKE, that the meeting be
