Chair Wolfe called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

B. Consideration of Minutes  
MINUTES FROM NOVEMBER 16, 2022  
A motion was made by BENSON, seconded by RILEY, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote 5-0.

1. Future meetings: Hybrid/in-person, location, frequency  
Meetings will shift back to in person, with a hybrid option for public comment. If a  
member of the body can’t make it, they will need to email Chair Wolfe about virtual  
participation. Meetings will continue to be monthly on the third Wednesday at 5:30.  
2. Google Doc/Organizations with which the Commission Wants to Connect  
The Commission will assign point people to send outreach emails to these organizations  
inviting them to attend Commission meetings with the hopes of initiating a discussion  
and getting involved in youth registration efforts for the spring election

Next meeting: Wednesday, 15 February 2023, at 5:30 p.m.

A motion was made by BENSON, seconded by TUBBS, to adjourn. The motion  
carried by a voice vote 5-0.
