The April 27, 2023 Environment, Agriculture & Natural Resources Committee meeting will be a hybrid

A motion was made by HATCHER, seconded by DOWNING, that the 2023  
legislative agenda be approved as is with the following addition, "Oppose any  
efforts to ban local governments from adding EV charging stations or purchasing  
alternative fuel vehicles," and keeping the same priorities as 2022. The motion  
carried unanimously MC 5-0, YGP 1-0.
