The Monday March 13, 2023 ADRC meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public can either  
attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at the ADRC building, 2865 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

A motion was made by FERGUSON, seconded by HUELSEMANN, to approve the  
minutes. The motion carried by a voice vote 6-0.

1. DCDHS Interim Director Astra Iheukumere  
Interim Director Iheukumere was unable to attend and will be invited to a future meeting.  
Due to Interim Director Iheukumere having to cancel, Olson suggested board members  
have a discussion among themselves on different topics.

Members went round robin and shared what they had to report. Fischer spoke on the  
public health unwinding, the ADRC being selected as part of the Independent Living  
Support Grant pilot, and additional staff being added to the ADRC.

Next meeting: Monday, April 10, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. at the ADRC and via Zoom.  
Future Items: Reschedule presentation by DCDHS Interim Director Astra Iheukumere,  
public hearings under Action Items.

NONE.  
H. Such Other Business as Allowed by Law  
Fischer will present the final 2022 SAMS data during the April meeting. Presentations by  
Disability & Aging Services Division Administrator Angela Velasquez (January) and  
Dementia Care Specialist Ellen Taylor (February) were attached to the respective  
minutes.

A motion was made by YOCHUM, seconded by BOCHER, to adjourn at 4:43 pm.  
The motion carried by a voice vote 8-0.
