3, 13, 15, 16, 19, 20, 22, 26, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34 be recommended for approval. The
motion carried unanimously 15-0.
A motion was made by R. – BYFY, seconded by M. – BYFY, that the Proposals 1,
2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 18, 21, 23, 24, 25, 2, 28, 31 be recommended for
denial. The motion carried unanimously 15-0.
