1. PIE Grant update  
Discussion on PIE Grant. Staff to send 2022 PIE Grant recipient reports to OEI  
Advisory Board members to review. Request to "pull out positives of reports"  
and discussion of how best to lift up and advertise the work of the groups  
receiving the funding. Application for 2023 pot of funding to go out in July.  
Thought is to streamline focus each year - most critical in that year.

Discussion of OEI Board member terms and appointments. Updates regarding  
vacancies and new members (community, EOC Chair, County Board Reps).  
Strategy for reaching out to new Chancellor to continue GONZALEZ  
appointment.
