A motion was made by WYATT, seconded by WEISS, that the Minutes be

1. Board vacancies: Recommendations for Rich and Klinke from Chair RITT were sent
to Exec’s office. Johnson will follow up with Terra Hawley from Landscape Designs, Inc.
as another potential member.
2. Work plan review: Discussion – most members needed to review and come back
with prepared comments. Will add to April agenda.
3. Tree Board future options: The Tree Canopy Collaborative and Tree Board have
overlapping missions. Would a merger between the two groups be useful? Discussion
ensued. Different scenarios were suggested. Are there things the TB could do that the
TCC does not. Could TB focus on things that TCC does not, such as policy. How does
what the TB does align? Could there be a partnership? How would it work? The
discussion will continue.

1. Budget proposals – Have $4000. NOONE has a proposal with the State
Cartographer’s office to help fund SCO students to locate and measure Heritage Trees

students to locate and measure Heritage Trees as part of the Heritage Tree Project.
