The April 20, 2023 Executive Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public can  
either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person in room 354 in the City-County Building at 210 Martin Luther King, Jr.,  
Blvd., Madison, WI 53703.

Sup. Downing spoke in support of the resolution. Supervisors asked questions of the  
speakers and discussion ensued.  
A motion was made by SCHAUER, seconded by SMITH, that the resolution be  
recommended for approval. The motion carried by a voice vote.

PRESENTATION BY LA FOLLETTE CAPSTONE STUDENTS ON ANALYSIS AND  
EQUITY ASSESSMENT OF DANE COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT DATA,  
PRACTICES, AND POLICIES 2018-2022  
All six of the Capstone students presented to the committee on their findings and  
recommendations. See attached presentation. Q and A and discussion with committee  
members ensued. The final report will be delivered to the County Board Office in the next  
few weeks.
