The May 10, 2023 meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public can either attend in person or

The public can attend in person at the Dane County Regional Airport in Conference Room 1, located at  
the north end of the terminal past baggage claim.

1. Motion to recreate and reappoint Airport Arts Subcommittee  
A motion to recreate and reappoint both the Arts and Noise subcommittee was  
made by Supervisor SCHAUER, seconded by Supervisor McCARVILLE. The  
motion passed. (7-0)  
Airport Arts Subcommittee members: Commissioner THOMAS, Citizen: Bill White,  
Sally Probasco, Judy Sidran, Jolyne Roorda  
2. Motion to recreate and reappoint Airport Noise Subcommittee  
A motion to recreate and reappoint both the Arts and Noise subcommittee was  
made by Supervisor SCHAUER, seconded by Supervisor McCARVILLE. The  
motion passed. (7-0)  
Registered attendee Steve Books, asked questions specific to the Noise  
sub-committee and was answered from the Commission and Director Jones.  
Current appointment to Noise Abatement Subcommittee: Supervisor PALM;  
Citizen: Bill White  
The next Part 150 Noise Study meeting is currently scheduled for Tuesday, June  
27, 2023.  
3. Mileage and per diem for Airport Commission Members in attendance at this May 10, 2023 hybrid  
meeting.  
A motion was made by Commissioner ARMSTRONG, seconded by Supervisor  
PALM, that this item be approved. The motion passed. (7-0)
