1. MDRC Presentation on Pretrial Services  
Presented by MDRC. See attached presentation.  
MDRC presented multi year study including pretrial supervision, racial equity, judicial  
decision, and case processing.  
Discussion ensued after the MDRC presentation around racial equity, least restrictive  
conditions, and movement from the Decision Making Framework to a Release Condition  
Matrix.
