The June 1, 2023 Executive Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public can  
either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at City-County Building, Room 354.

Attachments:  
Carrie Springer presented the updates to the legislative agenda proposed by the  
standing committees. Committee members asked questions and concurred with  
proposed changes. Committee instructed staff to finalize the updates to the draft  
legislative agenda and late refer a resolution to be considered by both Exec Comm and  
the County Board at their June 15 meetings.  
A motion was made by PALM, seconded by VELDRAN, that the Executive  
Committee is on record as supporting current AB 48 and AB 174 and to direct  
the Dane County legislative lobbyist to speak on behalf of the County Board  
in support of these bills. The motion carried by a voice vote.

Carrie Springer made the committee aware of two WI Assembly bills in process --AB 48  
and AB 174-- and asked the committee if they gave permission to lobby on those bills.
