Discussion and reviewed reports to discuss writing the press release  
regarding the works/success that awardees have done over the years  
Press Release - Pellebon will draft initial press release. Goal is to highlight  
the good works and success of the program.  
2. 2023 PIE Grant application  
To review and provide the application to be posted for application. Goals is  
to have posted by end of August. OEI staff will resend the application to the  
committee.

4. Equity Plans  
Working to speak with E. Johnson about working on the advisory committee  
and still looking to identify persons on the committee. Madison College has  
to appoint, follow up with the Supervisory appointments.
