The September 21st Reclassification Appeals Board meeting will be an in-person meeting. Members of  
the public can attend in person.

Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item can register  
via email by September 20th, 10am.

A. Call To Order  
The meeting was called to order at 12:30pm.

B. Consideration of Minutes  
Minutes from the July 27, 2023 Reclassification Appeals Board Hearing  
for Romana Shemayev and Khamseng Yang.  
A motion was made by OLSON, seconded by WICK, that the Minutes be  
approved.  
Minutes from the August 7, 2023 Reclassification Appeals Board  
Hearing for Jessica Ecker and Jessica Gilbert.  
A motion was made by OLSON, seconded by WICK, that the Minutes be  
approved.  
C. Action Items  
Appeal of denial on reclassification of LPNs at Badger Prairie Health  
Care Center.  
In a 2-0 vote, the members recommended their support to uphold the denial  
based upon the comparative data. County Executive agreed.  
A motion was made by OLSON, seconded by WICK, that the meeting enter into  
closed session.  
The committee may go into a closed session for purposes of deliberations concerning a case(s) which  
is/are the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before the governmental body. The  
authority for a closed session for such purposes is.19.85(1)(a), Stats. during the closed, the committee  
may also conduct discussions relative to considering employment, promotion, compensation  
performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction  
or exercises responsibility. The authority for a closed session for such purposes is.19.85(1)(c), Stats.  
A motion was made by OLSON, seconded by WICK, that the meeting exit out of  
closed session.
