The November 8th, 2023 Dane County Landfill No. 3 Local Negotiated Agreement Committee meeting will  
be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom. It is

A motion was made by HAMPTON that the Minutes be amended to include under  
Item I-"Discussions occurred between City of Madison and County Staff to  
prepare a list of potential negotiation items ahead of the meeting." The  
amendment will need to be approved by the Committee at the Dec. 6th meeting.  
D. Confirm Meeting Was Properly Noticed  
Confirmed that meeting was properly noticed on Dane County Legislative Information  
Center (posted agenda, posted minutes and the recording of the agenda).

Discussions occurred between City of Madison and County staff to draft the Agreement  
ahead of the meeting.

The next Dane County Landfill No. 3 Local Negotiated Agreement Committee  
meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 6th, 2023 in the Drumlin Room of  
Lyman F. Anderson Agriculture & Conservation Center.
