The November 1, 2023 Aging and Disability Governing Board meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members

of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.

The public can attend in person at 2865 N Sherman Avenue in Madison.

The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

1. If you had contact with the ADRC of Dane County, how satisfied were you with the

services provided?

2. How were you impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic?

3. Are there services that are not available in Dane County that should be?

4. What are the needs of aging adults or adults with disabilities that are not currently

being met in Dane County?

5. What are some of the biggest challenges facing aging adults or adults with

disabilities?
