Chair Thoresen called the Park Commission meeting to order at 5:30 PM.

A motion was made by BROUWER, seconded by MORAN, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote 6-0, YGP 1-0.

1. Conservation Fund Grant from the Town of Dunn for the Lower Mud Lake NRA  
A motion was made by BROUWER, seconded by MORAN, to direct staff to  
prepare the resolution to approve grant money for this Conservation Fund  
grant request. The motion carried by a voice vote 7-0, YGP 1-0.  
2. Conservation Fund Grant from the Driftless Area Land Conservancy for the  
Southwest Grasslands  
A motion was made by BROUWER, seconded by EICHER, to direct staff to  
prepare the resolution to approve grant money for this Conservation Fund  
grant request. The motion carried by a voice vote 7-0, YGP 1-0.
