acknowledge that this land is at the same time the ancestral, traditional, & contemporary land of the  
Ho-Chunk, Sauk & Kickapoo nations.

A motion was made by ENGELBERGER, seconded by DOWNING, that the Minutes  
be approved. The motion carried by a voice vote. MC 5-0
