The Monday, March 4, 2024 AAA Access Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the  
public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at the ADRC building, 2865 N Sherman Ave Room 109, Madison.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

AAA Access Committee Minutes from January 8, 2024  
A motion was made by BOUSTEAD, seconded by MCGINNITY, that the Minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by a voice vote (5-0).  
C. Action Items  
1. Committee Description Review  
Access Committee Description Review  
Members discussed the Committee Description and agreed to postpone action on the  
item until the May meeting.

1. APS Victim Advocate Amy Scarr  
VICTIM ADVOCATE PRESENTATION  
Dane County Adult Protective Services Victim Advocate Amy Scarr delivered a  
PowerPoint presentation and answered committee members' questions.  
E. Reports to Committee  
1. Chair & Staff Report  
Area Agency on Aging Program Specialist Claire Purkis reported that the 2025-2027  
Dane County Aging Plan has become a major focus for AAA staff.  
2. Case Management Report  
2023 4th Qtr Case Management Summary  
Purkis asked for questions about the Case Management Report. There were no  
questions.

Next meeting: Monday May 6, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. via Hybrid.

H. Such Other Business as Allowed by Law  
Supervisor McGinnity, who is not seeking reelection, told members it has been an honor  
and a pleasure to serve with them on this Committee.

A motion was made by MCGINNITY, seconded by WERNER, that the meeting be  
adjourned. The motion carried by a voice vote (5-0) and the meeting adjourned  
at 3:18 p.m.
