The March 27, 2024 Specialized Transportation Commission meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members  
of the public can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.

A motion was made by DOOLAN, seconded by LYMAN, that the minutes be

C. Presentations  
1. Great Lakes Dryhootch - Otis Winstead, Jamie Steele, Jason Fernandez  
Dryhootch provided an overview of their program. The Dryhootch provides veterans  
transportation to needed appointments and services. They provide group rides to food  
pantries and other destinations. They also have AAA meetings, PTSD groups and Art  
therapy.

2. Updates from Greater Madison Metropolitan Planning Organization - Ben Lyman  
Lyman said as part of the Transit Development Plan, an online survey was done for  
people who experience disabilities. Didn't receive a large response, however feedback  
was good.  
Metro onboard survey going to start Monday, April 1 and run through April. Instead of  
having surveyors on Paratransit rides, the drivers will hand out the surveys. The MPO will  
start working on an active transportation plan.
