The April 8, 2024 ADRC meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public can either attend in  
person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at 2865 N Sherman Ave, Madison 53704  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

1. ILSP Update  
Fischer provided an update on staff transition. Openings are going slow due to staff  
turnover. There are 300 people on the wait list to enroll. $7200 in services is to help  
people remain in their home.  
Fischer stated in order for this to continue in the future it would have to be a budget  
initiative in future State budgets.  
2. ADRC General Operations Update  
Fischer said our ADRC was asked to partner with the State on a Bold Grant for  
Alzheimers. The focus is for meeting and doing Alzheimer's outreach to the Hmong  
community. The ADRC had it's first event. It was well attended and had great  
feedback. Fischer stated this is going to be a five year grant.
