The November 21, 2024, Executive Committee meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public  
can either attend in person or virtually via Zoom.  
The public can attend in person at City-County Building Room 354, 210 Martin Luther King, Jr., Blvd.,  
Madison, WI.  
The public can access the meeting virtually with the Zoom application or by telephone.

IN PERSON: Any members of the public wishing to register to speak on/support/oppose an agenda item  
can register in person at the meeting using paper registration forms. IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO  
REGISTER VIA THE ZOOM LINK ABOVE EVEN IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING IN PERSON.  
In person registrations to provide public comment will be accepted throughout the meeting.

A motion was made by ENGELBERGER that the Resolution Requiring 2/3rds Vote

E. Items Requiring Committee Action  
COUNTY BOARD PROGRAM EVALUATION PROPOSALS FOR 2025-FOR  
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SELECTION  
Attachments:  
Sup. Smith, Sup. Andrae, and Sup. Engelberger each presented their proposed program  
evaluation topics to the committee and committee members asked questions re: the  
proposals. Chair Miles polled each committee member regarding their ranking of the  
three proposals. There was consensus re: the Sup. Andrae/PP&J proposal being the  
priority proposal and the committee moved to initiate a program evaluation on that topic.  
A motion was made by ENGELBERGER re: the Action Item directing staff to  
proceed with the program evaluation process for the proposal by Sup. Andrae  
and the PP&J Committee to conduct a scheduling analysis in the 911 Call Center.  
The motion carried by a voice vote.

H. Future Meeting Items and Dates  
The final 2024 meeting of the Executive Committee for 2024 will be held at 5:30 p.m. on  
December 19. The County Board Office intern will present on one of the University  
Alliance policy projects at that meeting.
