D. Presentations  
1. Dane County Transportation Coordinator, Nathanael Brown  
Dane County Adult Community Services Administrator Todd Campbell introduced  
Nathanael Brown as the new Specialized Transportation Coordinator. Nathanael Brown  
will be starting December 6, 2021 coming from Taylor County as their Aging Coordinator.  
2. ADRC Clerk III, Taylor Farrell  
AAA Clerk III Cindy Matulle introduced Taylor Farrell as the new ADRC Clerk III who will  
be running the meetings. Taylor comes to the ADRC from the Sheriff Department.  
3. Colonial Club-Robert Power, Executive Director  
Director of Colonial Club in Sun Prairie Bob Power has been with the center for 15 years.  
Bob provided an overview of the Colonial Club, which is unique in that they are a CIII  
facility and most Senior Centers are part of the municipal funding or a blend of being  
non-profit. Just celebrated their 50-year anniversary on Halloween with an outdoor  
gathering of seniors, County Supervisors, Governor Evers, County Executive Parisi and  
Mayor Esser. Colonial Club offers different programs such as home chore program and  
Transportation program. Nutrition is different, in which they are their own caterer. Food is  
prepared onsite every day. Pre-COVID they were serving 150 meals a day and additional  
50-60 meals for Deforest area. Total Home Delivered Meals and meals served onsite  
28,000 meals for 2019 and 33,000 in 2020. Case Management services provided 2300  
hours of service in 2019 and 3000 hours during COVID. Adult day center is onsite and  
has been open since 1985. In 2016 purchased new bus and van. During COVID no bus  
service was provide however, the van was used to bring seniors to the day center. The  
center has 30 employees, 7 Full-Time, one Full-Time Case Manager and a yearly budget  
of $1.2 million. Funding is broken down into three areas; grants received from Dane  
County, service fees and a mix of government support from communities they serve.
