Chair McCarville raised the issue of prioritizing the operating amendments and suggested
PP&J O-7, O-6, O-8, and O-5 be prioritized in that order, Bayrd suggested PP&J O-1
through O-4 to be prioritized. Weigand suggested that amendments that passed
unanimously should be prioritized over those that were not. Krause suggested
addressing each one individually. Joers suggested that the committee not prioritize the
budget amendments. McCarville and Bayrd agreed with Joers’ suggestion, and the
Committee did not prioritize.
