County Clerk, Scott McDonell called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.  
B. Conduct Canvass of the July 13, 2021 Special Election  
Board of Canvass members Joyce Waldrop, Anne Bensky, and Scott McDonell  
reviewed the votes cast in the July 13, 2021 Special Election for 37th Assembly  
District and County Supervisor District 19.
